Common questions
Does Water LLM track email opens?
No. It records when emails were sent and received, not whether someone opened them.
Does Water LLM work inside Gmail like Streak?
Not as a sidebar. Water LLM lives in Google Sheets; what reaches your inbox is your Daily Briefing and the drafts it writes for you.
Will it ever email my clients without me?
No. Outreach, follow-ups, invoice reminders and birthday notes are created as Gmail drafts. You read them, change them if you want, and send them yourself.
Where does my data live?
Your CRM is a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive, and the add-on runs under your own Google account. Water LLM’s servers hold your subscription record — your email address and billing status — not your contacts, emails or notes. For the AI features: Prompts and AI responses are never used to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model — a contractual commitment covering all Vertex AI customers. All processing happens inside Google Cloud; no third-party AI provider is involved, and Water LLM retains no copy. Google may briefly retain request data for abuse monitoring under its standard Vertex AI terms; that data is not used for training and Saville Coaching cannot access it. The full list is on Security.
