Water LLM or HubSpot: which CRM fits a one-person practice?
HubSpot is a full customer platform — marketing, sales and service — built for teams, with a free CRM and paid seats. Water LLM is for one person whose clients are relationships rather than deals: it runs inside Google Sheets, tracks sessions and hours from your calendar, and briefs you each morning. If you have a sales team, choose HubSpot. If it’s just you, read on.
Launching soon on the Google Workspace Marketplace. $30/month, or $300/year — one plan, every feature.

Which one is right for you?
Choose Water LLM if…
- You run your practice alone, or with an assistant
- Your work is sessions, engagements and referrals, not a funnel
- You want the CRM to keep itself current from Gmail and Calendar
- You’d rather own the data as a spreadsheet in your Drive
- You want one flat price, not seats and tiers
Choose HubSpot if…
- Several people need to share and update one pipeline
- You need marketing automation: forms, landing pages, campaigns
- You want a free CRM and are happy to log activity yourself
- You need a large ecosystem of integrations and apps
Common questions
Is HubSpot’s free CRM good enough for a solo coach?
It can be, if you’re willing to keep it up to date. The free CRM stores contacts and deals well; what a solo practice usually misses is the tracking that happens without you — hours from your calendar, who has gone quiet, and a morning briefing. That is what Water LLM is built around.
Can I use Water LLM and HubSpot together?
Nothing stops you, but they would be two separate contact databases. Water LLM works best as the one place your relationships live.
Does Water LLM have a free plan?
No. It’s one paid plan — $30 a month or $300 a year — with every feature included.
Where does my data live?
Your CRM is a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive, and the add-on runs under your own Google account. Water LLM’s servers hold your subscription record — your email address and billing status — not your contacts, emails or notes. For the AI features: Prompts and AI responses are never used to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model — a contractual commitment covering all Vertex AI customers. All processing happens inside Google Cloud; no third-party AI provider is involved, and Water LLM retains no copy. Google may briefly retain request data for abuse monitoring under its standard Vertex AI terms; that data is not used for training and Saville Coaching cannot access it. The full list is on Security.
